Flexible Doors
Completely flexible panels that slide over and around the load that is going through the opening, most models can be used in high traffic, heavy duty applications. On all models, windows are clear PVC and are available in a variety of sizes. Panels slide on to hinge brackets and are replaceable.

AirGard 100 – these flexible door panels use 45 oz., abrasion resistant vinyl coated nylon material with one row of flexible stays. Wiper seals are provided on the top, bottom and jamb edge.

AirGard 200 – this door panel uses two layers of .120”, heavy duty, abrasion resistant, texture embossed PVC laminated back to back with two rows of flexible stays. Balloon jamb edge seals are used on the top and bottom.

Also known as service doors, these traditional panels offer a limited amount of flex on impact. They are used in a variety of light to medium duty applications. Rectangular, square, diamond, oblong and round window configurations, kick or impact plates and cart guards are available options.

SD 2000 – uses .063” anodized aluminum sheet stock with a diamond formed front edge and full height, reinforce back spine. Windows are clear acrylic set in black rubber molding. Decorative laminates can be added to the panel surface.

ABS 5000 – uses a ¼” thick sheet of extruded ABS for the panel structure. The reinforced back spine is a 3 layer laminate of the ABS material capped with a C- channel fiberglass pultrusion. The clear acrylic windows are set in thermo-formed frames.

SRP 5000 uses a ½” thick sheet of extruded Polyethylene for the panel structure. It has a full height, extruded aluminum back spine. Windows are clear acrylic set in black rubber molding.

Extremely lightweight with some flexibility, this panel has a very contemporary look. It is used in light to medium duty applications.

XLP 5000 – this door panel is a lightweight polyethylene shell one inch wide with a wall thickness of 1/8”. A series of bumper strips protrude below and above the 7” X 30” oblong window which uses clear acrylic set in black rubber molding.

These traditional panels are rigid and covered with a high pressure decorative laminate, aluminum, galvanized or stainless steel facing. Rectangular, square, diamond, oblong and round window configurations, kick or impact plates, bumpers and cart guards are available options.

SC 3000 – this door panel uses ¾” thick birch cabinet plywood. A stainless steel capping channel runs the full perimeter edge. Windows with clear acrylic set in black rubber molding are standard with molded or thermoformed frames available.
